Who we are

This website is run by SEGRIDGE Technologies Private Limited (“SEGRIDGE”, “we”), a company registered in India. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at info@segridge.com or +91 99790 42980.

What we collect

What you send us: your name and email address, which we need to reply, and anything else you include, such as your phone number, company or message.
From every visit: your IP address, the time, the page you asked for, the page you came from and your browser type, in our server’s log.

The site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the work. We use the server log only to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about you.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, our legal bases under the GDPR are steps you ask for before a contract and the contract itself (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interests in a secure website, in dealing with organisations that contact us and in keeping the records Indian law requires (Article 6(1)(f)).

Our hosting provider runs our server, which holds the server log and the messages sent through our enquiry form. Google Workspace holds our email. Both act only on our behalf, and may store data outside India. If we work together, our accountants and auditors see the invoices. We give data to authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Server logs: normally deleted within 30 days.
Messages: as long as we need them to deal with your request.
Contracts and invoices: as long as Indian company and tax law requires, at least eight years.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it, and you can name someone to act for you. In the EEA or the UK you can also ask for a copy in a common format, or for its use to be restricted.

You can object at any time to any use of your data based on our legitimate interests.

Email info@segridge.com. Requests are free, and we reply within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EEA or the UK, to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page, and the date at the top, before any change takes effect.
